A controller replacement should not be treated as a simple screen swap. Inputs, outputs, sensor types, start logic and ATS signals must match.
Before replacement, back up settings where possible and photograph wiring. Confirm engine sensors and communication requirements.
After installation, test manual start, auto start, alarms, shutdowns and transfer signals.
